Megan and I started playing music together about 12 years ago. We split our music into two areas. The first area are songs we write for me, Katie Flynn. The second area is songs we write for us, The Mighty Mites.
The second set of songs are our comedy songs. This is how we got our name. We were given a challenge to be able to write a song and elephants and political snails. We accepted the challenge and four years later we had a song.

Writing music is super fun. Recording can be too. The best part is having your best friend make an album with you and then get to enjoy the fact it’s finished.
Hopefully when we have more mighty mites songs we will have as much fun recording them as we did recording changes.
